ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and unwashed
- Original tags must be intact
- Item must be in its original condition
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Custom or personalised printed items
- Items purchased on final sale
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Email us at support@theunpluggedwear.com with:
1. Your order number
2. Reason for return
3. Clear photos of the item
We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer — please provide your account details when requesting a return.
SIZE EXCHANGES
Size exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Contact us to arrange.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund immediately.
